  2. Incorrect Product: Report within 1 hour of delivery, unopened, for replacement or refund.
  3. Damaged / Broken Seal: Do not accept delivery; once accepted, no refund will be processed.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.
